Prof. ASHWINI GHAISAS

Director

      Ashwini Abhyankar-Ghaisas is portrait photographer and leading short film maker. She holds a postgraduate degree in Fine arts (painting) and a diploma in photography. She is a trained film maker from the New York Film Academy, New York.
      As a director, her short films have won many accolades at International and National level film festivals. These include MIFF, JIFF, etc. Her specialty in portrait photography has resulted in completing several portfolio assignments including those of some renowned personalities. She was awarded ‘Pu La Deshpande Smruti Puraskar’ for her achievements as a young photographer.
      She has worked not only as a creative artist behind the camera but also in front of the camera as a TV serial and film artiste, stage artiste, etc. She also has a teaching experience in the field of photography. Costume designing and make-up artistry too have utmost contribution in her multifaceted career.
      It is her extensive experience in teaching photography that has led to a strong foundation of the institute.





Prof. AKSHAY SHINTRE

      Akshay is commercial photographer specializing in Portrait and Fashion photography. He holds a master’s degree in environmental science but photography was always his true calling. He pursued a diploma in photography from Fergusson College, Pune at a very young age. After taking formal education of the art, he got valuable guidance from the great photographer Late Mr. Gautam Rajadhyaksha while assisting the maestro.
      He started his career in commercial photography in 2006. Major part of his commercial work has been in Fashion, Portraits and Product photography.P. N. Gadgil jewelers, Ghodke Saraf jewelers are some of the famous names among his clients.
       Akshay has a substantial teaching experience of 9 years. He is proficient and experienced in syllabus designing, curriculum design, academic planning and management. He has thus played a crucial part in designing of the institute.


Prof. SHRIHARI DHOLE

Assistant Professor

      Shrihari Dhole is a seasoned professional in the field of photo editing and manipulation, with 7 years of extensive experience. He has honed his skills in image editing techniques and has worked on a variety of projects that require these skills. His exceptional understanding of how to enhance and transform photos makes him confident in his ability to create stunning images that meet and exceed his clients' expectations.

      In addition to his professional work, Shrihari also shares his knowledge and experience by teaching photo editing to undergraduate students. He strongly believes in the power of education and passing on his skills to others, viewing it as a great way to give back to the photography community and contribute to the growth and development of future photographers.

       Shrihari's expertise in photo editing encompasses a wide range of genres, including portrait, product, nature, and wildlife photography. He has the ability to edit any type of photo with ease, ensuring that the final result is of the highest quality. Whether it is for personal or professional purposes, he is committed to delivering results that are not only visually stunning but also meet the specific needs and requirements of his clients.











Prof. VISHWAJEET KALE

Assistant Professor

      Vishwajeet is a B.F.A graduate specialized in fine art photography. He has completed his Diploma in photography from Fergusson college, Pune. He holds 5 years of experience working in the advertising industry. For 9 years he has taught photography and image post-processing in reputed institutions around Pune. He is a commercial retoucher and passionate travel & landscape photographer.
      His experience gave him a chance to work with ‘Envirofit India Pvt. Ltd’ for their Packaging and advertising campaign.



Prof. SHRIHARI DHOLE

Assistant Professor

      Nachiket P. Baviskar is an artist, an art educator, and an art curator in Pune. Since graduating from the College of Fine Arts in the year 2013 as a Fine artist, He has been a part of the art world. He was a co-curator and coordinator for PUNE BIENNALE FOUNDATION for the year 2017. He curated an exhibition at TIFA WORKING STUDIO called Prakalpa Pune in 2019. He’s a fellow of the Art Think South Asia Arts manager program, Pune chapter. Also, a part of the visiting faculty in various renowned Visual art, Liberal art institutions. For more than 9 years he has been working in the field of art education as an educator and an artist. Over the past few years, He has conducted, designed, and organized several art programs, exhibitions, workshops, and camps for artists in the country. He is always focusing on how an art and art education scenario will get enhanced and nurtured for the Pune region. Nachiket is awarded a gold medal by the Prafulla Dahanukar Foundation in the Digital art category in 2016. Currently, he is creating his work with gallery ART AND CHARLIE as an artist.

      As a photographer throughout his childhood till today, he has resisted the impulses of popular beliefs about photography and life, and He likes to offer his audience a view into this unique gaze. He would recommend his work to not be viewed personally but as an impersonal and objective engagement with the world. A wide spectrum of dense human personalities continues to inspire his work.

Studio Assistant

      Yogesh has been trained in handling studio equipment under the able guidance of Mr. Kumar Gokhale since 1999. While assisting Mr. Kumar Gokhale he got valuable knowledge in studio photography and designing. He assists other photographers like Mrs. Ashwini Abhyankar Ghaisas, Mr. Sanjay Khamkar and Mrs. Rajashree Pandharpure, as well.
      Yogesh makes sure that students learn how to handle equipment with utmost care and safety.
